Also needing someone with financial/banking experience Note: Candidates should be open to do hybrid setup at Day 1 We have an opening for Core Java Developer for our client JPMorgan Chase. This is a hybrid setup at Day 1 once selected. We will be needing only local candidates at FL BS/BA degree or equivalent experience Advanced knowledge of application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines Understanding of architecture and design across all systems Partner with technology peers and product owners and lead collaborative efforts to ensure a successful end-to-end project delivery Ability to translate functional requirements to technical design and requirements 8+ years of strong experience in Core Java, Object Oriented Programming, Spring Strong understanding of Agile methodology and leveraging SDLC tools to improve development and testing efficiency (JIRA, Jenkins, GIT, JUnit, Selenium, Lint) Hands-On experience on micro services frameworks and tools (Spring Boot, Jersey, Swagger) Knowledge of container based development and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) Knowledge of industry wide technology trends and best practices Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals, and passionate about building an innovative culture Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance and software improvement Hands-on experience in Cloud and Container based development (AWS, Pivotal CloudFoundry, Kube) is a plus. Experience using NoSQL DBs like Cassandra or ElasticSearch is a plus. Banking and payments domain background is a plus. The requirement is to must have at least 2 of the following. JAVA with Spring, cloud based Web application development experience. NodeJS ReactJS Microservices Building and deploying web apps/microservices on to Kubernetes.
