Must have excellent comm skills ( 10/10) Requirements: Bachelors degree PMP Certification Agile Certification MS Project experience Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) experience PowerBI experience Successful candidates: The client team is looking for individuals who will get into the details of the tasks of the project so they can understand the issues if/when they arise and make informed decisions not just someone who is reporting that status of the project. P66 is looking for someone who will be engaged with all project resources and can speak from hands-on experience. Need candidates who are polished and exhibit a high level of professionalism; needs to inspire confidence in what theyre doing. Other notes: These roles will support different workstreams spanning across Refining, Midstream, Marketing, IT OPs, and Commercial. These roles will be critical for supporting Senior leadership on progress of project. Comfortable in Agile methodology Past projects have taken the Waterfall approach; business unit is not completely an all Agile unit Candidates need to be comfortable coaching managers through Agile methodology and understands the sprint process Comfortable and understands how to create a project plan in MS Project and execute in a sprint mode Key experience the client team is looking for sound project management skills: Writing project plans Creating milestones Assigning resources Pulling financials from SAP Accurate budgeting and reporting on the budget Variance analysis on effort and costs Risk mitigation Conflict resolution Keywords: information technology microsoft Texas |
