Highly communicative and experienced in software testing, offering knowledge of testing methodologies and proficient in preparing test artifacts. Experience in complete project life cycle development including Analysis, Design, and Coding, Unit Testing. Experienced in writing test cases and map to requirements. Sound knowledge on Adverse Event Reporting System, ARISg and expertise in Validation system AEGIS Hands-on experience in developing test cases using Automated Test Framework (ATF) for ServiceNow applications. Functional knowledge and implementation experience of ITSM frameworks. Conduct Ticket Quality Review and Defect Triage calls in attain the quality improvement among the services. Experienced in conducting the proactive measures such as Defect Prevention Process with the statistical techniques. Played key role in coordinating process improvement initiatives among different countries. Experienced in sharing the documentation of artifacts and come up with standard procedures which is followed globally. Experienced in Quality Function Deployment among different pools globally. Extensive exposure in coordination between onsite-offshore team and defect management and worked in various projects in Agile Methodology. Expertise in documenting defects with a high level of detail, accuracy, and informative recreation steps using ALM and JIRA. Presentable skills to organize meetings in the presence of stakeholders, project manager, Business and IT manager and other development teams at various stages to handle Requirement Traceability Matrix, Defect triage, and other Artifacts. End to End experience in designing and testing applications. Worked with tools for automation, requirement management, test data management, defect management, API testing and accessibility like ALM, Jira, Confluence, SQL Server Management Studio. Expert knowledge of requirement analysis, project delivery practices and standards across the project lifecycle, thus ensuring proper estimation, tracking, and reporting. Excellent analytical and critical thinking combined with attention to detail. Keenness in learning new technologies, understanding them thoroughly and implementing them.
