Under the general supervision of the Sr. Mgr. Information Technology, the Atlassian Administrator is responsible for administration and management of this company. Atlassian suite of products. As part of a small, passionate, and accomplished IT team, you will manage Confluence, Jira, and JSM, provide support to our engineers and developers, and administer other Atlassian related technology solutions. This individual is a single point of contact for all Atlassian related issues and is responsible for identifying, tracking, and resolving technical/configuration issues. As a liaison with multiple technical teams, this role is critical in providing accurate technical and functional feedback and soliciting input from the end user community to ensure continuous Atlassian improvements. Role Responsibilities: List essential functions in order of importance; include percentage of time spent performing each function (total should equal 100%) Main responsibilities Atlassian Suite Define a clear internal process for how to manage, improve, secure access to our Atlassian applications including but not limited to the creation of SSO groups for internal/external org access and their automatic maintenance via Azure AD Overall license management/monitoring/usage Confluence Cloud Reviewing/processing access requests from internal/external team members, as well as vendors/partners if applicable Create a process for requests to create spaces Create a process for the review/security approval of additional software plug-ins Manage license usage/assignment to users Jira Service Management Review/improve current process flows (onboarding, offboarding etc ) Further JSM development/deployment for Change management, Problem management Further JSM enhancements/improvements for Incident management Jira Support and administer a Jira instance Support and administer Jira integration with other instances and tools Assist with ADO migration to Jira Other Write technical documentation Participate in teams calls Build and foster strong partnerships with key stakeholders and third parties Document and communicate a new processes and procedures across multiple teams as needed Regards, Adarsh Sharma Senior Technical Recruiter A : 25 Oak Tavern Cir Branchburg, New Jersey - 08876 DISCLAIMER: Please respond as remove if you are not interested to receive any email with this email address.
