| From: Ravi, Softcom Systems, Inc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role: PMO Position Location: NY ; Hybrid onsite model (3 days/week onsite) About the role: This role is responsible for the program management and change management of a strategic initiative that will introduce a new operating model to Amex. The program manager in this role will be instrumental in executing the program roadmap, implementing scale-up efforts, and overall program tracking and governance support. Specifically, this program manager will: Support with day-to-day scale-up activities, tracking overall progress, timeline management, and proactively identifying risks and escalating if necessary Execute on the implementation roadmap and collaborate with stakeholders who are driving the adoption of new ways of working in their areas Actively maintain program artifact library and key artifact templates in addition to updating the operating model playbook on an ongoing-basis to account for new processes, best practices and learnings from rolling adoption Create roadshow materials, coordinating and drafting communications, and produce executive presentation materials Track outcomes around productivity, engagement, and report overall program success metrics, producing regular executive reporting Candidate qualifications: 6+ years of project management and change management experience working on high priority, large scale, cross-functional strategic initiatives Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills with the ability to track multiple complex workstreams simultaneously Strong attention to detail and expertise in creating high-quality executive-level presentation materials Foundational and working knowledge of product development life cycle and agile delivery methodologies Comfort and familiarity with navigating complex organizational structures Keywords: New York |
