| From: Bharadwaj, Fisec Global Inc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hi, We have an urgent position for below requirement, if you are available and interested, please do reply me with your updated resume to [email protected] Role: Supply Chain Program Manager Location: Remote role, must be able to work PST hours Duration: Long Term Contract Job Description: Required Qualifications: End to end, deep understanding of supply chain forward and reverse flow Work with cross-functional partners to deliver projects from initiation through close within supply chain functions (sourcing/manufacturing/supply planning/inventory/logistics) Work within an agile delivery methodology to develop and support sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives and develop cross functional project plans, including partnership with technology teams, vendors, and leaders. Implement program & change management frameworks, processes, and templates right-sized for speed, scale, and seamless implementation through project cycle. Foster broad cross-functional collaboration and alignment to drive communication, integrated planning, and execution. Preferred Qualifications: General understanding of Trade compliance related considerations and challenges General understanding of Finance and Tax considerations when enabling a new supply chain capability or changes to transactional flow Understanding of product SKU variations and associated considerations New market (country) entry experience is a nice to have Core Program Management Skills Desired: Program Alignment and Integration- align program objectives to organization strategy, organized and understood deliverables, governance to monitor program benefits and quality Stakeholder engagement and communication - help build trust, commitment, collaboration towards program objectives Leadership and team management- strong executive presence, communicate vision, set direction, inspire and empower team members, coaching, delegation Problem Solving and Decision making - root cause analysis, impact assessment, risk management, change management, lessons learned.
