Must have expertise in System Design, Programming/Software Development, and various SAP HCM modules. SAP HCM Testing, SAP HCM ABAP Development, SAP HCM CATS and Time Sheet, SAP HCM Compensation, SAP HCM ERecruitment, SAP HCM HR Master OM and PA,SAP HCM Kronos Integration, SAP HCM LSO, SAP HCM Performance Management, SAP HCM Recruitment, SAP HCM Succession Planning, SAP HCM Compensation Mgt, SAP HCM Enterprise Comp Mgt As a Sr. SAP HCM, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex system architectures, You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure the scalability and performance of the systems. Additionally, you will stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and improve the overall architecture. The successful candidate will have the following: Experienced in developing Reports using LDBs in HCM Good understanding of payroll / Time data and experience in reading payroll/Time results from cluster tables. Basic understanding of PA, OM, PY, TM modules etc. Knowledge and experience in developing Enhancements, Functions, Operations, Features etc in HCM. Creation and enhancement of Info types in PA and OM. Knowledge and Experience in Web dynpros, Adobe forms, HR Forms, Workflow design and programming. Good ABAP skills in Data Dictionary, Dialog programming, ALV reporting, BDCs, BAPIs, RFCs, BADI, User Exits, Open SQL, Performance tuning etc. At least 5+ years of HR ABAP experience in above work areas. What are the top 3 skills required for this role: 1. Experienced in developing Reports using LDBs in HCM 2.
