Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into chatbot solutions. Utilize Node.js for chatbot backend development, including blueprinting, dialog tasks, entity extraction, NLP, API management, testing, and deployment. Conduct static and dynamic analysis of bot usage trends and performance metrics. Stay updated with the latest advancements in Conversational AI Platform and NLP technologies. Coordinate with AWS services and integrate IVR Systems (Genesys/Alvaria) into chatbot solutions.
