Proficient in Java development & troubleshooting Proficient in Linux, Windows platforms Proficient in RMDBS and noSQL databases Knowledge of monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, Splunk, Promethesus Job Description: Associate will be responsible for providing production support for enterprise critical platforms. Responsibilities include : - Incident and problem management. - cross functional management to ensure tasks are completed on time - vulnerability management. Ensure vulnerability are reported and remediated on time. - Release management. Support release planning, implementation and post-production support - Monitoring. Ensure production applications are fully instrumented with monitoring and proactive alerting. - Incident Management. Ensure incidents are managed across teams, communicated and resolved by SLA.
