Responsibilities include : - Incident and problem management. - cross functional management to ensure tasks are completed on time - vulnerability management. Ensure vulnerability are reported and remediated on time. - Release management. Support release planning, implementation and post-production support - Monitoring. Ensure production applications are fully instrumented with monitoring and proactive alerting. - Incident Management. Ensure incidents are managed across teams, communicated and resolved by SLA.
