Program Governance Analyst / PMO - Guidewire PolicyCenter Implementation Overview : The Program Governance Analyst plays a vital role in ensuring effective governance for a large-scale Guidewire PolicyCenter implementation, which involves multiple vendor teams following the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology. This position supports Solution and Program Level Solution Train Engineers (STE)/Release Train Engineers (RTEs) in driving governance practices, orchestrating execution metrics, building solution-level reporting, facilitating communication, and performing key administrative activities to support solution-level roadmap execution. Key Responsibilities: Governance Support: Provide support to Solution and Program Level STE/RTEs in driving Guidewire PolicyCenter implementation governance practices, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and priorities. Metric Orchestration: Orchestrate weekly metrics for execution, such as burn-down charts and other relevant performance indicators, to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Reporting Development: Build solution-level reporting mechanisms to provide visibility into progress, risks, and issues at the solution level, enabling informed decision-making and effective stakeholder communication. Daily Solutions Oversight: Run daily solution synchronization meetings and oversee solution execution Jira board activities, ensuring alignment with priorities and timely resolution of issues. Communication Facilitation: Facilitate and drive communication across Solution, Program, and Team levels, ensuring alignment, collaboration, and transparency throughout the implementation process. Administrative Support: Perform key administrative activities across the Solution and Program Level, including stakeholder management, calendaring, documentation, wiki updates, and other necessary tasks to support governance and execution activities. Ad Hoc Support: Provide ad hoc support on all governance and daily activities for driving the solution-level roadmap, including issue resolution, risk mitigation, and alignment of priorities. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders at all levels to gather input, communicate updates, and address concerns, fostering collaboration and alignment throughout the implementation process. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the governance framework, leveraging feedback, lessons learned, and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Compliance and Standards: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and organizational policies, and promote adherence to best practices in governance and project management. Qualifications: Experience (3+ years) in program governance, project management, or related roles, with a focus on large-scale software implementations, preferably in the insurance industry. Familiarity with Agile and SAFe methodologies, with experience in implementing governance practices within Agile frameworks. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze data to drive insights and recommendations. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities and tasks in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office suite. Working experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter Implementation or leading Insurance Product experience would be highly preferred Certification(s) such as SAFe Agilist (SA), Project Management Professional (PMP), or equivalent, desirable.
