Facilitate regular status sessions, providing transparent updates to stakeholders. Communicates project status and issues regularly to stakeholders, including leaders, team members, and senior managers. Builds and maintains effective relationships. Proactively fosters communication between internal and external project stakeholders. Influences key decisions across stakeholder groups. Implementation Management: Drive the implementation phase, collaborating with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery. Utilize a strong IT background to comprehend proposed solutions and shape them effectively. Solution Shaping: Ask relevant questions to understand and refine proposed IT solutions. Ensure proposed solutions align with organizational objectives and industry best practices. Risk Identification and Mitigation: Proactively identifies, manages, and mitigates risks and any related issues on technology projects. Communicates solutions on key issues or projects to management and stakeholders to obtain their input and buy-in as appropriate Address all issues promptly to maintain project momentum and success.
