Lead Oracle SME and Architects to successfully deliver projects. Collaborate with customer to manage timeline and discovery activities. Prepare project execution plans and schedule working with various stakeholders. Track project performance, changes and issues. Manage the project risks, issues, decisions & assumptions. Establish project communication plan and cadence. Co-ordinate with multiple functional and business teams and align them to project objectives. Manage the project resources onboarding, offboarding and allocation. Prepare project toll gate schedule and provide status updates. Basic Qualifications: 14+ years of experience in Oracle EBS 6+ Oracle EBS Implementation/Rollout project execution experience. Good understanding of Oracle EBS modules. Strong experience with managing Oracle EBS implementations/rollouts and assessments. Domain expertise in Oracle EBS Financials Modules Intensive experience on EBS Financial transformation initiatives, architecture and business processes Experience with creating ERP strategy and roadmap. Manage the functional SME and review the assessment output. Very good analytical and communication skills Experience with complex EBS ecosystem Review deliverables and present the deliverables to various stakeholders. Nice to Have; (But not a must) Managing EBS assessment projects. Strong problem-solving and analytical/critical thinking skills needed. Managing stakeholders and project teams. Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences.
