Conduct control and transactional testing, including both Test of Design (ToD) and Test of Operating Effectiveness (ToE). Ensure data integrity of regulatory reporting processes through transaction testing. Analyze data for initial evaluation of testing samples. Suggest improvement actions based on test findings. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Facilitate walkthrough sessions with stakeholders to discuss test procedures and findings. Interface with cross-functional teams to ensure common understanding and agreement. Manage stakeholder expectations and provide explanations when necessary. Documentation: Create and maintain accurate and detailed documentation of business requirements and testing procedures. Consolidate information and present it effectively through walkthrough sessions. Process Improvement: Ability to understand organizational processes, policies, and procedures. Evaluate the effectiveness of processes and suggest improvement opportunities.
