Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Familiarity with chatbot analytics tools and reporting. Experience in designing and implementing multilingual chatbots. Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills ai certification or training. Responsibilities include: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements for chatbot projects. Design, develop, and maintain chatbot solutions on the Kore.ai platform. Create conversation flows, intents, entities, and dialogs to optimize chatbot interactions. Implement natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning capabilities to enhance chatbot intelligence. Integrate chatbots with external systems, APIs, and databases.
