From: vaishali, KPG99 [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Location: REMOTE Position: ORACLE FUSION Analyst III USC/GC looking for an Oracle Fusion Cloud Senior Business Analyst to lead the operational stability and enhancements of Oracle HCM including payroll, time and labor, compensation. This individual is responsible for the overall configuration of project solutions ensuring that designs align with the enterprise and domain strategic vision, best practices and standards, and architectural principles; ultimately leading the successful delivery of Oracle Fusion enhancements, stability and support. This will involve all aspects of the project lifecycle including requirements gathering, process re-engineering, solution design, implementation, and delivery. If you are the person destined for this position, you have a combination of deep experience in designing and implementing solutions in Oracle Fusion Cloud including expertise and experience in data integration with enterprise applications , a history of working optimally in small innovative software teams, and a flexible, upbeat approach to working with colleagues. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as the Application and Configuration SME for one or more of the key areas of Oracle Fusion functionality: Core HCM, Payroll and T&L Evaluate and understand business needs, proposing scalable solutions with Oracle Fusion enabled functionality and standardization. o Evaluate all business requirements and come up with an end-to-end solution in the form of products or services o Closely look at how the different elements of business, information, and technology can be applied to solve a specific problem. o Collaborate with the team to manage the tasks and activities that are involved with its successful implementation. Partner with supporting organizations for robustness, ongoing maintenance, and overall stability of our Oracle Cloud platform. Responsible for project configuration design specifications in alignment with software principles, standards, guidelines, blueprints, existing frameworks, and components. Provides PoCs when necessary: to identify and mitigate areas of technical risk; to provide contrast and analysis of differing technical approaches. Responsible for alignment with the architecture of other product areas. Coaches and provides guidance to implementation teams in support of project designs, initial sizing, and delivery. JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS Education / Experience: BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or Science desired plus 7+ years of applicable Oracle Fusion configuration experience ; or equivalent education and / or work-related experience Licenses and Certificates: Oracle Certification and Training with demonstration of applied skills / knowledge Additional Requirements: Demonstrated sufficient depth and breadth of configuration knowledge to be individually responsible for the design and scope of deliverables within a field of expertise. Mastered at least one area of expertise across Oracle HCM Possesses advanced level of business, technical, or functional knowledge. Demonstrated ability to perform/drive resolution of problems on combinations and interactions of products. Ability to apply technology and consulting to solve business problems.
