Title: MS Dynamics 365 AX Developer Location: Wilmington, DE (Remote but Ready For Travel) Duration: Long Term Important Note: Infosys or client wont pay for candidates travel (Air or road), accommodation (hotel or home or airbnb), car rental or gas expenses, any food or beverages, etc. The selected candidates shall have to travel to client site for CRPs, UAT or any business critical scenario. Must Have: 8+ years of experience implementing Microsoft D365 FO / AX2012 Experience of Microsoft D365 Commerce / AX 2012 Retail implementations and support Two or more full lifecycle implementations with Microsoft D365 FO Experience of rollouts, deployments, upgrade Experience of code / fix push to EMPOS Experience of setting up new stores, store migrations Experience of SLA based support Experience of configuration and troubleshooting of POS setup that includes printers, customer display, scanners, hardware station, MPOS Experience of working on incident management tools like ServiceNow Good exposure to Finance & SCM domains and industry knowledge Flexible with work hours Work with offshore team in India and guide them with issue resolution Ability to manage requirements/scope and risks appropriately Ability to identify risks, issues, find solution and plan/manage Good at client interactions, able to set & manage stakeholder expectations Willingness to work in an Onsite-Offshore Global Delivery Model Good written and verbal communication skills Must be authorized to work in the US Willingness to travel or relocate to work from client office as per business need Participate in design and architecture sessions with clients and guide consultants on capturing and documenting project requirements effectively.
