Job Role - Workday Developer Location -Dallas, TX and San Antonio, TX (Day1 Onsite) Duration: 12+ Months Need Passport number Along with Submission. We are looking for H1 B candidates from Third-party Vendors Role Description: Competencies: Workday Talent Management, Workday Succession Planning and Career & Development Planning, Workday Cloud Connect for third-party payroll, Workday Human Resource Management Essential Skills: The associate should have performed workday configuration tasks on the below modules 1. Skills & Skills Cloud 2. Talent Marketplace 3. Career hub 4. Mentorship. candidates who can effectively drive a multi-faceted project delivery effort in support of our Skills/Talent Mobility/Talent Marketplace effort. The associate should have experience in Workday cloud skills in implementation and support. There will be a capability for the employee to assess their skills against the requirements and understand any skill gaps. Then, appropriate developmental options will be provided to close those skills gaps. Lastly, the marketplace will provide visibility into open roles thus permitting the employee to apply for any openings. As you can see, it's a very exciting but complex project. It will require workstreams of both technical and non-technical nature. The PPM will facilitate and lead the execution and delivery of the Internal Mobility/Talent Marketplace Program to accomplish business goals and objectives within prescribed timeframes and budgets. Must demonstrate an understanding of how activities contribute to the achievement of strategic business goals and operational objectives. Will collaborate with key stakeholders, vendors, and project/program teams to identify mutually beneficial outcomes for competing priorities and negotiate timelines to ensure objectives are met. Requires expertise in detailed project planning and reporting. This program contains a technology element, so IT implementation experience is important. Experience implementing HR programs is preferred.
