Maintain system configurations; update approved configuration changes in non-production environments. Develop, test, and implement new requested integrations between Symplr and 3rd party systems. Support and monitor the health of existing integrations and APIs Support configuration and monitoring of physical timeclock devices Monitor ServiceNow assignment group for incidents and requests. Resolve issues and respond to new requests per standard SLAs. Manage security administration for the application, including creation and maintenance of user profiles, permissions, roles Perform regular security review to identify separated employees, audit segregation of duties and system access to ensure access are appropriate based on Job responsibilities. Document standard operating procedures, including detailed step-by-step instructions. Provide training to additional personnel as needed. Change and Release Support (10%) This position is also responsible for coordinating any software release efforts from the non-production into the production environment. Noted that all environments are hosted by the software vendor. Validate ServiceNow Ticket Migration Readiness to ensure that every Enhancement/Change Ticket that is approved to go into production conforms to the release control procedure. If applicable, ensure that systems are up to date with the latest security patches. Develop and implement a patch management process to address vulnerabilities promptly. Update ServiceNow Ticket Migration Status. Issue On and Off Cycle Release Notes to stakeholders Attend Change Advisory Board meetings and inform other teams on change tickets that could potentially impact other applications. Knowledge Skills and Abilities: Experience with implementing Symplr, focusing on Timekeeping and Scheduling modules. Hands-on experience with configuring and integrating Symplr application 5+ years of experience in administering and providing technical support for Symplr/API Healthcare timekeeping and scheduling. Hands-on experience with development, troubleshooting, and maintenance of integrations between Symplr and external systems. Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address security vulnerabilities and incidents effectively. Knowledge of security technologies and tools used in access control, monitoring, and incident response. Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information to technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization.
