Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, guiding them in design, development, and problem-solving applications using Azure, .NET, C# and Microservices. Design and implement solutions that integrate customer websites, mobile apps, and other digital touchpoints with preference management processes. Ensure compliance with GDPR, CPRA, and other relevant privacy regulations Integrate with customer preference management platforms like OneTrust, BigId,TrustArc or similar solutions Work on the Azure platform to define Data Extraction, Transformation and Ingestion from various applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and compliance specialists Stay up-to-date on the latest privacy regulations and technological advancements Document your designs and solutions clearly and concisely In-depth understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and architectural trade-offs. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Engage with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and priorities. Translate client requirements into technical solutions that meet both functional and non-functional requirements. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering an environment of open communication, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement. Lead code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical brainstorming sessions to ensure the team's collective growth. Set and maintain a high standard of code quality, reviewing code, and conducting architecture reviews to identify areas of improvement. Ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within scope, addressing any technical challenges that arise during development. Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field. Experience in agile methodologies and leading agile development teams. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically. Proven experience in building and integrating complex systems In-depth knowledge of GDPR, CPRA, and other relevant privacy regulations Solid understanding of online gaming platforms and preference management systems Expertise in working on the Azure platform, including data ingestion, extraction, and transformation models Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Looking forward to work with you!
