You will participate and effectively contribute to the design, development, and implementation of complex applications, often using new technologies. You will provide technical expertise and systems design for individual initiatives. Position: Project Manager (Migration to MS Dynamics Platform) Location: Remote, (Hybrid 1 or 2 days a week in Coppell, TX) Duration: Contract Note: Migration of existing ERP to MS Dynamics 365 JD: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a complex migration project from legacy systems to the MS Dynamics platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the migration process, including planning, execution, and post[1]implementation support. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan for migrating from legacy systems to the MS Dynamics platform. 2. Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. 3. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the migration process. 4. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion within established constraints. 5. Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors to assess technical requirements and dependencies. 6. Lead cross-functional teams through the migration process, providing direction and support as needed. 7. Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. 8. Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate project success and identify opportunities for improvement. 9. Provide guidance and support to end-users during the transition to the new MS Dynamics platform. 10. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team. Qualifications: 1. Strong understanding of MS Dynamics CRM or similar platforms. 2. Proven experience managing complex IT projects, particularly migrations to CRM platforms such as MS Dynamics. 3. In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices. 4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels. 6. Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT infrastructure concepts. 7. Experience working with Agile or Scrum methodologies is preferred. 8. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment. 9.
