Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience on Oracle Database Appliance and Oracle DBA. Advanced Linux administration on Oracle Enterprise Linux 7/8 Linux Package Management (installation /configuration) Understanding of Oracle Hardware Appliance x6-2/x7-2/x8-2/x9-2-S/M/HA Deep Understanding of Hardware connections Server/Storage/Switches ILOM administration using BUI and Console Oracle Database and RAC administration KVM and OVM administration Creation and Provisioning of VMs templates Understanding of BareMetal and VM deployment Backup/Recovery of OS and VMs Understanding of ASR Configuration Hands on expertise on Oracle Appliance Manger Hands on expertise on command line tools odacli , odaadmincli, oakcli and virsh Understanding of Manage and Monitoring of Server, storage, and database system. Cli and BUI Understanding of ASM and ACFS Deep Understanding of Storage Management Network troubleshooting and bonding Bundle Patching and application of Clones in ODA Firmware upgrade of Hardware components Understanding of ASR Configuration Experience in Scripting tools Shell, Perl , SQL, Yaml, JSON, Ansible Tower Installation and configuration of Oracle Home, Oracle Grid Infrastructure, RAC and RAC One Node Patching of Oracle Home, Oracle Grid Infrastructure Configuration of best practices Understanding of Oracle DB Licensing Understanding of Capacity planning and Performance tunning Dataguard setup and management including working experience in far-sync data guard setup, async redo transport, sync redo transport, ability to troubleshoot data guard issues.
