| From: santhosh, Infinity Quest [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] S4H Senior Program Manager Location: San Jose, CA (Local Candidate Needed) Hybrid Duration: 12+ Months As a member of the S4H Program Team, this Program Manager will be responsible for driving and collaborating with cross functional teams, the PMO team and program leadership on the successful delivery of the program to transition from SAP ECC to SAP S4 HANA This role requires working at the workstream level and PMO (program management office) level based on program needs PMO level: Understands overall program scope and deliverable map against release timeline Manages program governance including program advisory board, operating committee, and steering committee scheduling, planning, execution, actions and communications Operates as a triage lead to accelerate discussions, actions, and decisions for top priority items in collaboration with vendor partners and Adobe Workstream level (Data Migration and Platform/Security/Controls/Audit): Understands overall scope and deliverables map against release timeline Support coordination of work efforts and management of critical path key dependencies Work with business and technical resources to understand status of work efforts and impact to the program in order to move delivery forward Drive resolution of risks, issues and decisions, and escalate to governance forums as needed Deliverables PMO Level: Governance committees meeting material Governance committees communication Triage plans and decision documents Workstream Level: Status reports RAID log Issue & risk escalation Work plan Requirements 7-10+ years of Program Management experience (understanding/working on large end-to-end programs) Experience managing projects from requirements gathering and design, development across multiple Scrum Teams, preparation and execution of Testing, go live preparation and transition to support activitie Drive project execution by monitoring project status, gathering stakeholder responses and needs, monitoring project scope and progress to plan Must be a quick learner who can connect the dots Personality and presence to interact effectively with team members through executive-level stakeholder Program/Project management experience using a formal methodology including Agile, scrum, Waterfall Proven ability to manage complex project plans, scope, schedule, cost, quality, stakeholder communication, staffing, risks and issues Ability to multi-task between concurrent assignments, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Creative and proactive problem solver self-motivated with ability to work well in teams and cross-departments Advanced skills in SharePoint, JIRA, MS Office Excel and PowerPoint (Workfront experience is a plus) Keywords: sfour golang microsoft California Colorado |
