| Role: AWS Infrastructure Manager or a Cloud Infrastructure Manager Duration: Long term Location: Naperville IL Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operational activities of the cloud infrastructure. Ensure SLA compliance across the services. Review and monitor cloud infrastructure performance. Review security and compliance measures Work with cloud providers and vendors to resolve issues and troubleshoot and resolve project issues. Review cloud governance policies and procedures Be the point of contact for all services for the customer. Provide updates to stakeholders with progress updates as needed. Develop and manage project plans; estimate effort and timelines. Provide support to end users of the application. Establish incident response protocols for both infrastructure and application incidents. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents, minimize downtime, and restore services quickly. Manage relationships with cloud service providers and third-party vendors for support services, ensuring that service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
