Job Title: Training And Performance Support Lead Location: Shawnee Mission, KS(Onsite) Mode-onsite Duration: 12+ Months Responsibilities: As a Training and Performance Support Lead, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective training programs to enhance employee performance. Your day-to-day activities will involve analyzing training needs, developing training strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation. Analyze training needs and develop customized training programs leveraging advanced Training and Performance Support skills. Design and implement effective learning strategies and training programs, including Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and Training of Trainers (TOT). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of training programs. Provide expert guidance and support to project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle. Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to optimize the performance of training . In addition, the following will include but not limited: Conduct training assessment and support with curriculum development Collaborate with OCM and other workstreams to ensure success implementation. Execute training delivery. Basic knowledge of Agile metrologies Be detailed oriented. Work with offshore team members and have flexibility with time zones. Be detail oriented, flexible, proactive, and multi-task to quickly adapt to changing client priorities and respond to ad hoc requests. Balance a variety of assignments and independently manage time and resources to deliver quality work by established deadlines.
