REMOTE || Duration: Long Term Contract Responsibilities: Develop and maintain web applications using ColdFusion technology. Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Design and implement efficient, scalable, and secure code. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development and ColdFusion. Provide technical support and assistance to end-users when required. Work collaboratively in an Agile/Scrum development environment. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience as a ColdFusion Developer or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of ColdFusion programming language and its frameworks. Proficient in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. Experience with programming languages viz, Java or .net Experience with Networking Experience with SQL and database design. Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git. Understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Experience with other web development technologies (e.g., PHP, Java, .NET) is a plus. Knowledge of front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) is a plus. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus. Develop applications using ColdFusion, SQL Server HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, and/or XML as a plus Maintain, support, and troubleshoot Web applications hosted on a software-as-a-service platform. Identify opportunities for application scalability, sustainability & improvement Support project leaders with task planning for application updates or enhancements. Execute programming updates for application updates or enhancements development per project and task plans & milestones. Provide project support and maintain communication within project team. Conduct application software testing, prototype review, and quality assurance for stage and production release, and post-release monitoring & follow-up Evaluate customer or internally driven functionality change requests for technical feasibility and level of effort.
