| From: Santhoshi, HAN IT Staffing [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role: SAP GTS Consultant - Remote Client : Capgemini Work location: MIDDLETOWN (US:17057), PA JOB DESCRIPTION "Position Summary: This individual will be responsible for leading or participating in Trade Compliance related projects by analyzing, implementing, and supporting applications in accordance with the TEIS development and project management methodologies to support strategic and tactical compliance initiatives. A strong candidate will have a solid background in Export Trade Compliance topics using and supporting automated solutions. MUST HAVE -Minimum 3 years of experience rolling out, configuring, and supporting Export Trade Compliance applications in an IT capacity -Experience with commercially available trade compliance software: SAP GTS is a MUST. Position Duties/Responsibilities 1. Understand and document business requirements to determine the needs of the business around export compliance concerns. 2. Translate business requirements into technical requirements, and work with development teams to implement custom solutions within existing applications/architectures. 3. Interface between business users responsible for Trade Compliance, and third-party vendors which implement the solutions in their commercial solutions. 4. Adherence to TE Connectivity best practices and development/project management methodologies. 5. Support Enterprise Applications in adherence to service level agreements (examples include free trade agreements, denied party screening, product licensing, foreign trade reporting) 6. Creation of documentation and training materials for support personnel as well as end-users of the applications. Position Requirements/ Skills 1. Minimum 3 years of experience rolling out, configuring, and supporting Export Trade Compliance applications in an IT capacity. 2. Prior experience with SAP S/4 SD Processes is preferred. 3. Experience with commercially available trade compliance software, especially SAP GTS. 4. Strong technical experience with Oracle SQL is preferred. 5. Strong problem solving and analytical skills. 6. Excellent oral and written communication. 7. Ability to multi-task, adhering to established project timeframes. 8. Ability to work independently with limited supervision."
