In-depth knowledge of Workday Financial Management modules, business processes, and configuration options. Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting requirements, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GAAP, SOX). Experience with Workday integrations, including EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to finance, accounting, and procurement processes. Configure and customize Workday Financial Management modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Procurement. knowledge of Design and implement integrations between Workday Financial Management and other systems, such as ERP, CRM, and payroll platforms is added advantage. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Workday Financial Management solutions, including troubleshooting issues, implementing enhancements, and conducting system upgrades. Partner with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and HR, to ensure successful implementation and adoption of Workday solutions. Good TO Have: Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable recommendations. Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
