Implement and support the SAP SuccessFactors EC projects. Establish credibility with clients and team members, ensuring buy-in of proposed solutions with client project team. Educate clients on alternatives for system configuration and design. Support and enhance SuccessFactors components spanning EC functions to meet client needs. Configure SuccessFactors components spanning EC functions to meet client needs. Prepare documentation and training materials as and when needed. Ensure deliverables are completed within deadlines, and the quality of deliverables meet client expectations. Communicate and work with people of all levels in a team environment.
