| From: Narender, Adbakx [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title: Program Manager/Demand Planning Location: Hybrid at Austin, TX [ Preferred Locals First ] Type of Employment: Contract Note: Must & Should have " Demand Planning with Supply Chain " exp Description: As a Demand Planning Program Manager, you will be responsible for demand planning, Interpretation of data center demand signals and translation of those signals into requirements for our critical equipment and drive optimal planning decisions for the supply chain. You will work closely with data center planning, Engineering, Product Lifecycle Management, Commodity Management and contract manufacturing teams to reflect accurate material requirements for the client's build development plan. You will use your skills to establish and drive metrics, drive process and system improvements to achieve efficiency and scalability goals and directly influence our rapidly growing data center infrastructure. Preferred Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Operations or planning within the Tech Industry. Expertise in Analytics/SQL/Big Query. Deep knowledge of S&OP processes as well as experience in development and implementation of planning systems and processes. Understanding of and experience in using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and tools. Experience in Implementing systems and tools across the supply chain. Excellent Organizational skills and project management capabilities Minimum Qualifications: BS or MS Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience in relevant Industry. Project Management experience with excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience in using Demand Planning and forecasting tools. Advanced spreadsheet/database capabilities able to create models and maneuver within spreadsheets/databases to manage supply chain processes.
