Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. High level of discretion and proven ability to handle confidential information. Familiarity with compliance regulations and cybersecurity best practices Proficient in virtual data room platforms and HR Information Systems (HRIS). Strong understanding of HR processes, data privacy laws, and compliance requirements. Exceptional organizational skills and detail orientation. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
