| From: Shane, Abdisolutions [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description Position: O365 Systems Engineer (Teams/SharePoint/Azure) Location: Wilmington, DE (Hybrid role, local candidates preferred - Wilmington, DE or Wayne, PA) Type: Contract to Hire Note: This is not a DevOps role. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary escalation point for basic to complex problems, identifying and resolving root causes. Resolve assigned tier 2 and 3 system issues within SLAs. Respond to client support calls, emails, and tickets. Create and maintain documentation related to system configuration, processes, and controls. Work with vendors, peers, and business users in the implementation, operations, and troubleshooting of systems. Identify opportunities to improve the reliability of systems. Support the team in resolving system functionality issues, anomalies, and outages. Write and maintain custom scripts and processes to increase automation, system efficiency, and reduce downtime. Creation of app registrations, enterprise applications, and certificate renewals. Handle diagnostics for Azure AD sync and attributes. Permissioning of Graph API. Mailbox management, including retention, litigation, and delegation. Required Skills and Experience: 10+ years of IT experience. 2+ years of experience directly responsible for Teams and SharePoint Access, least privileged role assignments, and recovery management. Engineering experience with Azure, Windows, and Office365. Experience with Azure Active Directory, O365 Exchange, and Active Directory. Experience with backup solutions, Cisco UCS Architecture, SQL Server, and Storage solutions. Experience with virtualization and VDI. Experience resolving Tier 2 and 3 system issues.
