Job Title : ETL Tester - Healthcare Location : Los Angeles, CA (Onsite) Duration : Long term Job description: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a QA tester or ETL tester, preferably in the healthcare industry. Strong understanding of ETL concepts, tools, and methodologies. Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation. Experience with ETL testing tools such as Informatica, Talend, or SSIS. Familiarity with healthcare data standards and regulations (e.g., HL7, HIPAA, DICOM). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Good communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Certifications in software testing or data management (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) are a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills when working with other teams, providing feature documentation, and providing product demonstrations to larger audiences Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers. Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
