| From: Mayank, Pivotal Technologies [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] "No Relocation || Must have to local from MN || 2nd round F2F" Role : Web Business Analyst (Order Management System) Location : Hybrid in Minnesota Visa : No H1/OPT 2 interviews. 1st is virtual 2nd MUST be onsite in MN Job Description: Must be a subject matter expert in Order Management functionality with ability to lead and provide guidance to business and product teams. Must have experience in Custom Order Management application development With Web and B2B, integrated to a back-end ERP or OMS application. Note:- This is not product configuration. Experience integrating with JDE 9.2 highly preferred. Must have full product lifecycle experience from requirements elicitation to UAT to go live to support. Must be able to lead requirement discussions with business team, define the requirements and assist business team prioritize the requirements. Must be comfortable challenging business requirements to understand the value and arrive at the best solution. Lead functional discussions with business teams and development teams to elicit detailed low level functional requirements. Must have expertise writing User Story, Functional Design Document, Visio, Table Design, Mapping Documents. Must be able to create data mapping documents to integrate the Order management application to downstream ERP. Must be experienced in JSON, XML, SOAPUI/ POSTMAN. Experienced in working with UX designer to translate requirements to best in class user experience screens. Must write test plan, test cases Functional, integration, end to end and regression, test case execution and, defect logging. Hands on experience with Structured Query Language (SQL). Must be comfortable writing medium to complex queries to extract and analyze data. Must be able to triage issues and identify root cause of the problem and propose remediation. Must be an excellent communicator, collaborator and result oriented. Hybrid work model; expected to be in office for minimum 2 days/ week. This may change depending on organization HR policies and team needs.
