This position is with Agency Services for MDOC and Assists in the design, development, delivery, and support of Information Technology (IT) solutions to the Client Agency. We are searching for a skilled Business Analyst that is proficient in all IT procedures and has excellent communication skills. You need to have a strong technical expertise in database design and development and come from an IT background. Ask questions and clearly communicate your results to audiences that are technical and non-technical alike. Working closely with developers and being able to assist them in their job should not present any difficulties for you. It's not necessary for you to be a developer; nonetheless, you should be able to convey the technical aspects of what developers are looking at to the client.
