| From: Sandeep, Key Infotek [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] BI Analyst: ROLE OBJECTIVE: We are looking for an IT Business Analyst that possess experience with Business Process, Data Quality, Data Engineering, and Cloud Technologies to join Data Insights and Analytics. The employee will be engaged in various aspects of design and delivery of high-quality business solutions by determining the requirements(personas and user stories) of a project or program and communicating them clearly to stakeholders and software development team members. The Business Analyst serves as the liaison between our business partners, and technical development teams. This person will be responsible for eliciting, analyzing, validating, specifying, and managing the business needs of the stakeholders, including customers, partners, and end-users. This position will provide support for production issues, enhancement requests, or new projects based on organizational needs. RESPONSIBILITIES: Work directly with customers Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into clearly defined detailed, and documented requirements for enhancement of existing systems and creation of new solutions and processes Create and maintain documents/deliverables related to a stakeholder request (vision/scope document, requirements, mockups/designs, flow diagrams, etc.) Provide assistance creating and tracking project deliverables and work items in various phases of development. Conduct UAT with stakeholders and verify that the delivered solution meets the customer needs documented in the requirements. Maintain accountability of assigned work and adhere to SDLC, project priorities, and timelines Provide status updates to the appropriate stakeholders as needed Development and maintenance of user documentation, online help, and training materials Collaborate with Quality Analysts, Developers, and other team members to achieve elegant solutions which satisfy business needs, goals, and objectives. Participates as a SME for new strategic programs or initiatives impacting current and existing systems EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE: Minimum bachelors degree in data science, advanced analytics, computer science, or other IT area QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: 4+ years experience as a Business Analyst supporting and enhancing enterprise software, and applications Experience with Big Data, Cloud Platforms, and BI tools. Thorough knowledge and understanding of business principles and processes, especially in the area of Analytics. Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and how BA processes fit into KANBAN and Scrum Frameworks Great interpersonal, communication, and written skills. Knowledge of SQL, Python, Tableau, HTML and scripting is a plus. Experience with process improvement/LEAN is a plus.
