Position : Dynamic 365 Developer Location: Lansing, MI - Onsite Duration: 12+ Months Visa : USC, GC, GC_EAD, H4 EAD, L2 EAD Passport number is mandatory at the time of submission for EAD applicants. Note: Client mentioned like this... On-site: Only currently local candidates (within a commutable distance of 1.5 hours max) will be considered. The hiring manager is not interested in candidates who would need to relocate to accept a role. The position will be hybrid, onsite 2 days a week. Required skills: 3-5 years' experience implementing & customizing Power Platforms & Dynamics 365 Cloud solutions with an emphasis on customer service, case management, and field service is preferred. 3-5 years experience in Agile/Scrum methodology and practices degree in Computer science, information systems, or relevant discipline Strong working knowledge in implementing data migrations, third party integrations (API's and SSIS), plug ins, automated CI/CD pipelines, and version management. Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, JSON, JavaScript development or other object-oriented programming languages Experience in all phases of the SDLC (processes and best practices) Ability to present persuasively and effectively. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Evaluate, design, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 business solutions, often working on-site to help customers deploy their solutions. Microsoft CRM application certification is a plus. Experience in Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and SharePoint is a plus. Experience translating technical information into easy-to-understand business concepts. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills Great interpersonal skills and can be collaborative. Be autonomous and think creatively. Strong writing and verbal skills This is a hybrid position, and the candidate must be able to work in person 2 days a week. Potential contract to hire.
