Collaborate with key business resources on requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, user acceptance, implementation, and documentation. Experience: 6+ years Required Skills: 1. Support experience 2. Ecommerce knowledge 3. Commerce tools experience Roles & Responsibilities: Provide technical support to Customer using knowledge on Ecommerce. Identify and resolve Support L2 issues. Work with stakeholders to ensure that changes/fixes are completed on time and within budget. Mentor junior-level support analysts. Keep up to date with the latest technologies. Manage Support SLAs and customer expectations related to L2 application support. Help in updating and maintaining the SOP documentation.
