| From: Abhishek kumar singh, Tek Inspirations [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Position: NG911 IT Security Engineer Location: Remote (Brooklyn, NY) Sometime Onsite required Duration: 12 Months Visa: Any Visa (Except H1B or CPT) Interview: Skype Port Authority of New York and New Jersey Responsibilities: Manage enterprise security solutions such as NGFW infrastructure DNS/DNSSEC, enterprise MFA and NGFW infrastructure, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) technology. Manage the implementation of new security updates information for hardware or software. Provide technical expertise for the administration of security applications. Assess and provide expertise on appropriate assurance levels, firewall policy evaluations, next-generation threat prevention designs, SSL encryption/decryption strategies, vulnerability protection profiles, content filtering and perimeter security controls. Assess and provide next-generation threat prevention designs and SSL encryption/decryption. Required Skills: Minimum of 12 years experience in Information Technology. Minimum of 6 years network Security Engineering experience. Strong network security experience. Strong project management experience with experience leading NG911 projects. Any compliance experience, specifically HIPAA, is highly desirable. Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology or related field. Should be able to utilize security frameworks like NIST and MITRE. Strong knowledge of security management tools to facilitate troubleshooting, i.e. Wireshark, Net brain, Extra hop, Net witness, etc. Strong Identity and Access Management background. Experience with configuring DNS. Strong experience in performing security risk assessments. Understanding of VPN technologies. Knowledge of resilient designs to ensure high availability. Knowledge of IPS/IDS design as standalone hardware or as a feature within firewalls. Ability to create reports using KRI and KPI. Experience with Next Generation Firewalls including Palo alto, Fortinet, Forcepoint, etc. Understanding of SIP security design and implementation for Voice/Video and Data. Understanding for firewall policies and application security Experience in auditing/assessing data network security design. Experience in auditing/assessing applications security design.
