Detailed Job Description: Must have knowledge and expertise on end-to-end warehouse operations and warehouse management system. Need to collaborate with multiple teams from Infosys/customer to arrive at technical and tactical decisions. Should have Minimum 8-to-10-year experience in Manhattan WMOS or Active Should do periodic Status reporting to client and Infosys. Excellent communication skills Able to Interact with customer, understand the requirements and provide solutions Capability to work under pressure and tight timelines Working experience on functional testing, SIT, Extension testing, UAT support Debug and resolve a variety of issues (bugs, performance, and user) by reading through trace files Assist with solving technical problems when they arise.
