Job Description: The Production Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and development for nCino and LoanIQ applications. This role involves managing incidents, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements to improve system performance and functionality. 

 Primary Responsibilities:

 1. Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for nCino and LoanIQ applications, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimal disruption to business operations.

 2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to nCino and LoanIQ applications. 

3. Work closely with the development team to implement system enhancements and fixes. 

4. Monitor system performance and take proactive measures to maintain high levels of system availability and reliability. 

5. Participate in the planning and execution of system updates and upgrades. 

6. Document all incidents, actions taken, and resolution details in the incident management system. 

7. Assist in the development and enhancement of nCino and LoanIQ applications as needed. 

8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and reliable operation of software and systems for fulfilling business objectives and processes. 

9. Work with IT and business stakeholders to identify and prioritize system enhancements. 

 Secondary Responsibilities:

1. Participate in the full software development life cycle from requirements analysis through test, release, and maintenance. 

2. Code software applications based on user stories, requirements and design specifications. 

3. Document software changes for use by other engineers, quality assurance and documentation specialists. 

Required Skills:

1. Strong experience with nCino and LoanIQ applications. 

2. Proven experience in a production support role in a complex IT environment. 

3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. 

4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users. 

5. Knowledge of software development methodologies and life cycles. 

6. Familiarity with incident management systems and processes. 

Preferred Skills:

 1. Experience with Salesforce platform. 

2. Knowledge of banking and financial services industry. 

3. Experience with Agile development methodologies. 

Education and Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 

2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production support role with nCino and LoanIQ applications.
