| Title Oracle OM (Order Management) SME - Functional (SCM, OTC, Fusion) Location 100% Remote We're seeking an Oracle Order Management (OM) Subject Matter Expert (SME) with extensive functional expertise in Supply Chain Management (SCM), Order to Cash (OTC) processes, and Oracle Fusion applications. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in optimizing our Order Management capabilities, ensuring seamless integration with Oracle Fusion, and enhancing our business operations. Responsibilities: Configure and customize Oracle OM module in Oracle Fusion environment to meet business requirements. Provide expert guidance on best practices and industry standards related to SCM, OTC, and Oracle Fusion applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and translate them into effective Oracle OM solutions. Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer activities to empower end-users with Oracle Fusion OM functionalities. Optimize Order to Cash processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to streamline operations within Oracle Fusion environment. Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure successful Oracle Fusion OM implementations and upgrades. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as an Oracle Order Management (OM) functional consultant or SME. In-depth understanding of Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Order to Cash (OTC) processes. Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion applications, particularly Oracle Fusion Order Management. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a track record of successful stakeholder management. Oracle certifications in Order Management or related modules (preferred).
