Years of Preferred Experience: 5 years of Preferred Prior experience with CRM tool(s) such as Salesforce, Dynamics 365, etc. , preferably in the public section 3 years of Preferred Demonstrated work experience with the requirements management software "Modern Requirements". 3 years of Preferred Demonstrated work experience with the issue tracking software "Atlassian Jira ". 2 years of Preferred Prior experience working for or closely with TEA or another state education agency.
