| From: ANIL, CDI Solutions Inc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hi, Title:Release Manager Experience :10+Years Location : Remote Duration: 12+Months Release Management Support oCreate and Maintain Schedules in Release Calendar (All Production activities). oCollects requests and approvals for weekly BAU releases, hotfixes, device launches, and off releases. oPartner with all teams across the enterprise in validating scope, liaison with release delivery and minimize impacts to production. Release Co-ordination oKeep the Release Plan - the primary Release Delivery (RD) document current. oPrepare release artifacts for weekly Deployment. oCollect Business justification and Customer impacts for projects deploying during the release. oAnalysis of deployment strategy when projects tracking red is pulling out completely or partially from the release oCollection, consolidation of description and business value statements of projects in scope for the release oCoordinating and maintaining communications with the cross functional teams by sharing release deadlines. Release Delivery Management oAttend/conduct various release readiness meetings oPre-deployment Activities, Preliminary Analysis, Feasibility/Impact Analysis, Traceability Matrix, understanding dependencies oContent review, Analyzing Deployment Strategy, Release Plan Updates, Identifying connections oInput into Release Deck (notables, risk, new, etc.) oBuild/maintain relationship with stakeholders oRelease Coordination during release week (pre-deployment, mock, CAB meeting readiness), NOD readiness oShould have thorough knowledge of SDLC and should be able to understand primary architecture of deployments like Canary, Blue/Green and or on-prem/cloud infrastructure. oGood Knowledge of how a software system operates in general Loadbalancers, containers, APIs, Caching etc. Transformation oIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency in release management and delivery. oPartner with engineering teams (release Eng., development, testing) to understand the requirements, negotiate timelines for technical deliverables and demonstrate continuous improvements in release delivery and management. oWork on deriving the RCA for any issues that has |
