Perform tests and measurements to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications. Proactively run web site or application analysis tools to proactively report and document site issues that might otherwise go undetected. Identify and document any defects or non-conformities and recommend corrective actions, including observed vs. expected outcomes. Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality inspections, tests, and corrective actions taken. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement process improvements. Anticipate and flag potential issues that may have been overlooked in designs and specifications. Requirements: Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Technician or similar role. Strong knowledge of software quality control standards and procedures. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to detect and report quality issues. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, Experience analyzing web sites and applications. Ability to accurately interpret project specifications. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Familiarity with browser developer tools. Basic knowledge of Figma to be able to understand project designs and requirements.
