Determines an organization's demand for resources and ensures its capacity to meet project staffing needs. Resource planning and allocation Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of project requirements, timelines, and resource needs. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to identify resource requirements for ServiceNow projects. Allocate resources efficiently, taking into consideration skills, availability, and project priorities. Capacity Management Monitor and analyze resource capacity against current and upcoming project demands. Proactively identify resource constraints and bottlenecks, providing recommendations for resolution. Stakeholder Communication Provide regular updates to senior management on resource allocation, project status, and any potential risks or issues. Effectively communicate resource-related decisions and strategies to the broader organization. Qualifications Experience in resource management, preferably in a ServiceNow environment. Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and project lifecycles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
