Order Ahead allows customers to use the Kroger app to place customized Deli, Bakery, Floral, and other orders at any time for pick-up at the store. The Product Manager will set a long-term vision for the product, lead the customer experience team through tactical executions, partner with technology to improve system stability, define future state Order Ahead enhancements and be accountable for articulation, and measurement of value to the customer and business. Must Haves: 5+ years of relevant experience Proven track record of successfully managing products through their entire lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization. Experience in creating and maintaining comprehensive product roadmaps that align with business objectives and customer needs. Experience leading requirements gathering and actively participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to ensure efficient and effective product development. Skill in identifying and assessing risks associated with product development and implementing strategies to mitigate them. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey product requirements, updates, and priorities to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
