https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=1195092&uid= From: Ryan, nitya software ryan@nityainc.com Reply to: ryan@nityainc.com Position: Close to Report (C2R) SAP Solution Expert Level: Principal Duration: ASAP to 12/2024 Location: Primarily remote, onsite possible as needed for workshops/events Rate: Negotiable + exp Details: Requirement US Citizen preferred, Green Card or H1B visa would work A&D / discrete manufacturing experience. experience as a Team Lead involving a US deployment of an SAP S/4HANA global design with localization in US geography. specific SAP module configuration and deployment experience: Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Accounts Payable (AP), Asset Management (AM), Accounts Receivable (AR), Government Property Management (GPM) o Must be experienced with these modules in a complex OEM Aviation, Aerospace & Defense manufacturer (preferred), o Must be familiar with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR) o Must understand Government Resource Related Billing (RRB), Contract holdback & DOD Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) to achieve CAS compliance. oFamiliarity with Actual Costing, Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA), Workforce Authorization Management (WAM) and Defense Contractors Disclosure Statement requirements. o Dassian experience a plus. Familiarity with SAP Roadmap for respective Value Stream and ability to define a target end-state and transitional plan within context of customer project portfolio o Maintain a forward looking vision for how customer drives the most value from their existing investment in SAP software o Identify relevant blind spots and provide targeted PoV/recommendations to mitigate this includes addressing impact of items on SAPs simplification list A minimum of five (5) years prior professional consulting or equivalent business process industry experience At least five (5) years of hands-on systems configuration experience within a leading ERP module (SAP) Successful completion of at least three full life cycle implementations of S/4HANA Successful completion of the rollout and localization of a global template Strong communication and presentation skills Strong ability to facilitate discussions and negotiate mutually beneficial solutions when necessary Familiar with Agile methodology and its constructs Expert in using MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, and Project) Willingness to travel as needed to client locations Responsibilities of Role: Collaborate in the development and articulation of strong value propositions for transformational initiatives from process SME and S/4HANA perspectives Apply strong knowledge of the business processes for developing and testing ERP functions associated with business operations.
