| From: Geetha, Paramount software solutions [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hi Partners, Role:SAP Cutover Lead Location:Atlanta, GA/Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid from Day 1) Duration:6-12+ Months (Possibility of Extension) Hybrid role with an average of 25% travel, depending on the phase of the project Cutover Lead Job description As an SAP Cutover Lead, you will play a pivotal role in our organization's transition to SAP S/4HANA, covering crucial modules such as FI-CO, Supply Chain, and WM/EWM. You will be the linchpin between our implementation partner, internal stakeholders, and any other involved parties, ensuring a seamless cutover process. Your extensive experience in SAP implementations, project management skills, and deep understanding of the modules in scope will enable you to lead this critical area of our ERP transformation project successfully. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and oversee the comprehensive cutover strategy, ensuring alignment with overall project goals, timelines, and budgets. Collaboration: Work closely with the implementation partner, internal IT teams, business process owners, and other stakeholders to coordinate all aspects of the cutover process. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues related to the cutover phase, proposing and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity. Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all cutover-related activities, maintaining clear and consistent communication across all teams and stakeholders. Training and Support: Coordinate with the training team to ensure end-users and IT support staff are prepared for the new system, facilitating smooth transition and adoption. Data Migration and Validation: Oversee the data migration process from legacy systems to S/4HANA, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Testing: Lead the final rounds of testing to confirm system readiness, including integration, user acceptance, and regression testing. Go-Live Support: Provide hands-on support during the go-live phase, addressing any immediate issues and coordinating with the implementation partner and internal teams for quick resolutions. Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as a SAP Cutover Lead or similar role in large-scale SAP SAP ECC or S/4HANA implementations. Strong understanding of SAP modules such as FI-CO, Supply Chain, and WM/EWM. Excellent project management skills, with a certification are desirable. Exceptional communication and leadership skills, capable of managing diverse teams and stakeholders. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and ensure project deadlines are met. Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Skills: Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with SAP Activation Methodology. Knowledge of change management principles and practices.
