Workday HCM Solution Architect Onsite - New Brunswick, NJ About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced Workday HCM Solution Architect to join our team in New Brunswick, NJ. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing Workday HCM solutions for our clients. You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of Workday HCM, integrations, and reporting to create efficient and effective solutions that meet our clients' unique business needs. Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of Workday HCM integrations using tools like Core Connectors, Cloud Connectors, EIB, and WD Studio. Possess extensive experience with all HCM modules, including HR, Recruiting, Time & Labor, Absence, Benefits, Payroll, and Payroll Interface. Configure PECI (Payroll Effective Change Interface) templates for seamless data exchange with payroll providers like ADP. Develop robust reporting solutions using BIRT, Workday Studio, and complex calculations leveraging the Workday object model. Provide pre and post-production support for Recruiting and other HCM modules. Migrate custom reports across Workday application tenants, ensuring data accuracy and scheduling reports with custom alerts. Execute changes to HR/Payroll processes during Workday HCM migrations. Translate business requirements into actionable Workday configurations. Design and build advanced, matrix, and composite custom reports with a thorough understanding of Workday data sources. Qualifications: Essential Skills: 10+ years of experience in Workday HCM (Human Capital Management), Integrations, and Reporting. Proven expertise in implementing integrations with external systems using Workday integration tools (Core Connectors, Cloud Connectors, EIB, WD Studio). In-depth knowledge of all Workday HCM modules (HR, Recruiting, Time & Labor, Absence, Benefits, Payroll, Payroll Interface). Experience in integrations design and development using various Workday integration types (EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, PICOF/PECI, Document Transforms, WD Studio). Expertise in configuring PECI templates for data exchange with payroll providers. Experience building inbound Studio integrations using SOAP web services and developing API connector integrations with external systems. Strong understanding of Workday web services for inbound integrations. Experience with complex reporting utilizing calculated fields and the Workday object model. Proven ability to provide pre and post-production support for Recruiting and other HCM modules. Experience migrating custom reports across Workday application tenants with data validation and scheduling. Expertise in BIRT reporting and Workday Studio integrations. Hands-on experience with Workday PRISM. Ability to analyze and translate HR/Payroll business processes for Workday HCM implementation. Solid understanding of HR reporting and analytics for Workday report design and configuration. Proven ability to build advanced, matrix, and composite custom reports with a deep understanding of Workday data sources. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Desirable Skills: Experience with project management methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
