Talent Marketplace 3.Career hub 4.Mentorship. Candidates should effectively drive a multi-faceted project delivery effort in support of our Skills/Talent Mobility/Talent Marketplace effort. Associate should have experience in Workday cloud skills in implementation and support. Lastly, the marketplace will provide visibility into open roles thus permitting the employee to apply for any openings. It will require workstreams in both technical and non-technical nature. Associatewill facilitate and lead the execution and delivery of the Internal Mobility/Talent Marketplace Program accomplish business goals and objectives within prescribed timeframes and budgets. Must demonstrate an understanding of how activities contribute to the achievement of strategic business goals and operational objectives. Will collaborates with key stakeholders, vendors and project/program teams to identify mutually beneficial outcomes for competing priorities and negotiate timelines to ensure objectives are met. Requires expertise in detailed project planning and reporting. This program contains a technology element, so IT implementation experience is important.
